FAQ

If you cannot find the answer here, please be sure to read through our policies page. If you still can’t find the answer, email us at help@sonicexpo.org. Our typical answer time is 5-7 business days.

Sonic EXPO 2025 is currently a 3 day event. Sonic EXPO 2026 is from November 6th-November 8th.

Sonic EXPO is taking place at the Mesquite Convention Center, located at 1700 Rodeo Dr, Mesquite, TX 75149.

The highlighted section in red is considered the best place to park for the convention and will not likely become full.

Day parking is listed as free, overnight parking is 6 dollars a night, handled by the front desk, please be ready to provide your license plate number.

Unfortunately, Mesquite does not have an active public transportation system.

STARtransit has some limited connections to the Dallas Transportation system (DART)

Due to the hotel’s restrictions, outside food and drink such as fast food, delivery, and groceries are not allowed further than the hotel lobby.

Our concert is not included with any badge purchase this year.

If you purchase a Regular, VIP badge, or some level of Sponsor Badge, you must also purchase a Concert ticket in order to attend. 

On our Ticketing Website, you will find the concert ticket listed alongside our badges.

We have implemented a system to Sonic EXPO called the DASH PASS.

The DASH PASS emblem will be scattered across the event indicating all lines that you can skip. If there is a DASH PASS sign at a line and you have a DASH PASS symbol on your badge, you can skip that line. If multiple people are using a DASH PASS at the same time, a DASH PASS line will form, but it should be much faster than the regular line.

DASH PASS is included with the following badges:

  • VIP Badge
  • All levels of Sponsor Badges

Here are some quick and simple steps to help you find your ticket

  1. Check your spam folder
  2. Check your Trash Folder
  3. Check your “All Mail” tab
  4. Search for Sonic EXPO in your email search bar
  5. Check your bank account to see if the transaction was made successfully.
