Sonic EXPO 2025 is currently a 3 day event. Sonic EXPO 2026 is from August 7-9, 2026.

Due to the hotel’s restrictions, outside food and drink such as fast food, delivery, and groceries are not allowed further than the hotel lobby.
We have implemented a system to Sonic EXPO called the DASH PASS.
The DASH PASS emblem will be scattered across the event indicating all lines that you can skip. If there is a DASH PASS sign at a line and you have a DASH PASS symbol on your badge, you can skip that line. If multiple people are using a DASH PASS at the same time, a DASH PASS line will form, but it should be much faster than the regular line.
DASH PASS is included with the following badges:
- VIP Badge
- All levels of Sponsor Badges
Here are some quick and simple steps to help you find your ticket
- Check your spam folder
- Check your Trash Folder
- Check your “All Mail” tab
- Search for Sonic EXPO in your email search bar
- Check your bank account to see if the transaction was made successfully.

We welcome attendees of all ages and backgrounds to come together and celebrate the joy of gaming, costumes, fun, and community.
Even if Sonic isn’t your main speed, we’re confident you’ll find something to love— and if you are a Sonic fan, you’re in for an unforgettable experience!

All attendees must have a badge. Be sure to purchase your badge in advance!
Kids under 5 are free.
6-12 Require a Kids Badge and MUST have a parent accompany them at all times.
13+ are regular badges.
16 and under need a guardian present at the event.
Rave is 18+ only. ID is required.
